What you'll be responsible for
Each member of the haart team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at each possible opportunity. On a daily basis, you will register new applicants, book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants and vendors. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the "haart family", too.
In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the ‘hub of knowledge’ – an expert in your vendors' and buyers' needs. We are, after all, in the business of property sales and investments and ultimately, in helping our customers achieve their property goals.

What you'll need
Ideally, your passion and experience will have developed from within a goal-orientated role - you may wish to include your work history, or even extra-curricular activities such as sport or volunteering. You will also know exactly what it takes to deliver an incredible service to your portfolio of clients.
Please note, no formal qualifications are necessary for this role - we look only at individual's true potential, talent and will.
You will be the ideal candidate if you have a real passion for people and are able to demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role; you will also be results-orientated and able to demonstrate accountability and responsibility. Your ability to recognise the importance of communicating effectively and nurture relationships with different stakeholders will be paramount.
