The ideal candidate will be compassionate and friendly with a warm temperament. Attention to detail is essential along with high accuracy in spelling. Someone with great communication skills both verbal and written, will go the extra mile and is a supportive and willing team member. - You'll be the point of contact for new tenants looking to rent property in Canterbury
- You'll be showing prospective tenants available properties to help them find the one that best suits their needs.
- You'll manage the lettings process for a portfolio of properties.
- You'll liaise with landlords to ensure their property is maintained.
- You'll seek out new landlords to add to the agency's portfolio

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year's office experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- A level or higher qualification or equivalent experience
- A valid driver's license and use of your own car
