You will lead and drive the performance of your Claims Team, engendering a culture of pride and passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
Along with your experience and ability for leading teams to optimise relationships, you will be actively engaging your team in a process of continuous improvement and supporting them in pursuit of ambitious performance and productivity targets.
You will also be contributing to key tactical and strategic projects, driving to achieve the best in market claims management and customer service through developing your both people and processes.
You'll work in an open and supportive environment where youll be developed, challenged and encouraged to move around to achieve even bigger and better things.
Knowledge of Property Claims would be an advantage but is not essential as we are more interested in speaking with people who have a real passion for the customer experience and achieving phenomenal results through their people so previous experience of leading a team is essential.
