Area to be covered: Midlands

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) + uncapped commission

Benefits: Audi company car or £600 car allowance & comprehensive benefits package

The role of the HS2 Project Sales Manager – Infrastructure will involve:

·         Technical project sales manager position selling a high quality range of fixings, fastenings, power tools, power tool accessories, hand tools and building consumables

·         All of your time will be spent managing the on-going HS2 project

·         Will be expected to grow a team from scratch

·         Have the potential to be a Head Of Infrastructure in the future

·         Dealing with main contractors, sub-contractors and specialist sub-contractors, engineers & consultants

·         Will be managing HS2 in the midlands worth circa £1m turnover

·         Being comfortable identifying the wants/needs of a client and therefore selling the appropriate products

·         Attending the relevant training courses to ensure that you have an understanding of the market

The ideal applicant will be HS2 Project Sales Manager – Infrastructure with:

·         Must have extensive experience in the infrastructure market sector

·         Ideally working on projects such as; HS2, Hinkley Point, Lower Thames Bridge, Channel Bridge, Airports, Motorways, Rail etc

·         Ideally have knowledge and previous experience selling fixings, fastenings, power tools, power tool accessories, hand tools, building consumables or related products (not essential if you have the right infrastructure experience)

·         Must have on site experience

·         Ideally have man management experience OR strong infrastructure division experience with the capacity to grow into a man management role

·         An understanding of the current market, market trends and the ensuring the business remains ahead of its competitors

·         Strong negotiation skills with an analytical mindset ensuring you pay attention to the finer details of products/sales

·         A hungry go-getter who is eager to exceed targets and maximise profit
