Description

An exciting position has arisen to work as part of the Transformation team here at AXA Partners as a business Project Manager (Global Delivery). As a successful Project Manager, you will work with the Travel Transformation team, the project managers and key stakeholders to be a key player in ensuring alignment of the strategic global strategy by executing effective and efficient delivery of numerous projects from a business perspective, being launched globally as part of an ambitious, multi project, multi country, and multi phasing implementation of the transformation initiatives.

The Project Manager will work closely with the Travel Transformation team, Programme and Project Management, Change Management, IT teams, plus other Business Analysts and counterparts within the Group. At present there are no direct reports into this position.

This is a permanent position, based in Redhill but please note there will be some travel required.

Responsibilities:

*
Working with Project Managers and project teams and business stakeholders to develop, produce and manage the global project implementations and iterations in local geographies

*
Validate viability of global road map with impacts from other projects, business as usual, regional or social implications ensuring alignment and engagement from the target locations

*
Provide analysis of training and business readiness of the projects teams as part of on local boarding and roll out of the projects to help support the project team and change management functions

*
Be able to identify solutions and adapt plans and roadmaps to adjust to downstream impacts, whilst keeping in mind the constraints of the project and overarching transformation objectives

*
To be able to navigate a matrix organisations with multiple teams, stakeholders and business departments, with ability to influence and on board engagement to support the implementation of projects without seniority or line management control.

Work closely with the Change Manager the Change Team and Change Ambassadors to ensure that target region is appropriately prepared, engaged and that the pre-requisites for project delivery are in place for implementation

Qualifications

*
A strong background in operations focused cross-functional project or operational management delivering tangible business value, ideally within the insurance, assistance or financial services sector

*
Proven ability successfully manage multiple projects or activities

*
Demonstrate analytical capabilities with ability to manage complex data and statistics to deliver sophisticated outcomes

*
Strong stakeholder management experience, including proven ability to establish early credibility, build robust relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, provide sensitive guidance, bring about consensus and resolve conflict

*
Strongly results-focussed, with evidence of actively driving strategic change, identifying and implementing process improvements, promoting a positive change-led culture and actively supporting best-practice goals

*
Solid experience of supporting business leaders in achieving strategic direction and flow, including provision of business analysis and reports to enable clear and focussed decision-making

*
Confident and fluid communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and with an evident ability to explain complex concepts clearly, articulate key points out of general ideas, and negotiate successfully at all levels

*
Able to provide reports, letters and presentations

*
Evident ability to work at pace through conflicting priorities and with minimal guidance

*
High standard of IT ability, including the standard MS Office Suite,

*
Microsoft Project, PlanView desirable

*
Fluency in other languages, especially French, would be useful

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

*
Qualified to minimum degree level, with a further professional qualification in Business Analyst and/or Project Management methodologies.

*

MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint

*
Systems integration, product integration, critical path analysis, resourcing and capability planning, resourcing, capacity planning.
