Project Manager - Automotive and Dealership audits
UK wide, home based
c£35k to 40k plus 10% bonus, company car, Pension, Private Healthcare, Phone, laptop and expenses

Are you someone who has worked for automotive dealerships on the service/aftersales side? Do you have good knowledge of Dealership Audits and Incentives? Have you been a Dealer Principle, Branch Manager or Operations Manager within a large automotive dealership and youre looking for a change? If so, this could be for you!

My client is a global organisation who work with companies to help them gain quality management and accreditation against a range of global standards. This fantastic role as a Technical Project Manager will utilise your knowledge and experience of the automotive sector, ideally where you have worked on the services/operations or aftersales side. Being part of the Dealership Audit and Incentive Audit department, you will manage the delivery of Major contract and projects including Automotive Dealer audits.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of Major contract and project including Automotive Dealer audits to meet the customer Contract requirements.
  • Provide Account Management to local contacts within client organisation and global account managers
  • Support the expansion of the range of products and services delivered in the sector, as required
  • Undertake audits and client led training as required.


  • Experience of project and account management and the management of remote resources
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change committed to continuous personal and professional development
  • Must be able to demonstrate background/experience in the sector; an excellent working knowledge of Automotive Dealership practice and environment
  • Effective interpersonal skills, able to develop good working relationships with people at all levels
  • Must be IT literate i.e. competent in the use of MS Office applications and experience of using on-line databases
  • Able to motivate and lead others in a "project team" environment
  • Educated to A Level standard or above.


  • Ideally able to demonstrate ability to identify and capitalise on any potential to maximise sales/revenue generated by the business
  • Experience of working within automotive dealership environment
  • Understanding of schemes operated by OEM and implemented by dealerships, including Dealer Standards, Incentives and Warranty schemes
  • Supervisory and line management experience
  • Experience of aftersales activity within automotive dealerships
  • Experience of working within an Automotive OEM. ·
  • Undertaking auditing and / or training delivery.
