Job Title: Project Director / General Manager – Partition Systems

Areas to be covered:  National

Must be based: London & South East

Remuneration: £70,000-£85,000neg + negotiable bonus & potential commission

Benefits: £500 car allowance & full comprehensive benefit packages

The role of the Project Director / General Manager – Partition Systems will involve:

                    Project Director / General Manager position promoting a high quality manufactured range of partition systems

                    Your main responsibility will be to project manage all projects secured via the sales team to ensure both the contractors & installers are on track

                    Will be working closely with company director to ease workload

                    Regular site visits when required

                    With your contacts you will be expected to advise on projects to target / new business

                    Will be required to support the sales team deal with technical enquires

                    Will be working alongside / reporting straight into company Director

                    Will have interaction with a mixed route to market via specifiers, architects, quantity surveyor, project managers, large end users, main contractors and sub-contractors

                    Order values will range from £20k-£800 depending on project size and scope

                    Majority of your work will be in London and surrounding area however may require the occasional travel to Birmingham / Manchester depending on project locations

 

The ideal applicant will be a Project Director / General Manager – Partition Systems with:

                    Must have 10+ experience in a Project Director / Senior Project Manager / General Manager position, with experience of managing projects via contractors / installer

                    Must have technical related product experience for example: drylining, plasterboards, insulation, partition systems, panel wall systems, fire resistant panels, insulation, blockwork walls and acoustics

                    Must be up to date with competitors and trends in the drylining market sector

                    Must have the ability to wear multiple hats and support the business where needed

                    Ability to handle projects from inception right through to completion

                    Ideally have a black book of contacts / projects you can bring into the business

                    Hungry, determined and ambitious
