Product Manager – Revalidation
12-18 month contract
Salary: £55-60K + excellent benefits
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is the professional membership body for pharmacists and pharmacy in Great Britain.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced product manager to develop the RPS Revalidation product offering, to increase the recruitment and retention of members and generate incremental revenue. Specifically to encourage early and mass adoption of revalidation products and services.
The product manager will develop and deliver services, digital content and a platform to enable members (and prospective members) to be confident in meeting new standards to maintain their professional registration and progress their careers.
You will have a proven track record in using data and insight to establish customer needs, comfortable leading a product development process to design and deliver products which exemplify an excellent member/user experience.
You will have first-hand experience of working in a complex stakeholder organisation, the ability to develop strong working relationship with product teams, and help colleagues to review and refine existing products and develop new ones.
This is a challenging role, overseeing a programme of product development activity and leading multiple projects. Preparing and presenting a business case for investment, developing, testing and launching new products, while ensuring that every offering is clearly differentiated, quality assured and aligned to brand and strategic priorities.
