Job Summary:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join Disney Destinations International (DDI) on a 12 month fixed term contract. You be responsible for translating the paid search & social strategies into campaign execution, optimisation, analysis and reporting for Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disney Cruise Line & Disneyland Paris.
The objective of this position is to execute effective performance marketing campaigns in order to meet the goals of marketing and technology stakeholders. This role requires good knowledge and experience in Google Adwords and Double Click Search while also having solid working understanding of social platform advertising and the affiliate marketing channel. This role reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Support the digital marketing team with the implementation of digital advertising efforts across all performance marketing channels including Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Social & affiliate,
-Perform daily campaign optimisation of performance marketing campaigns which include: budget management, bid management, reporting, multivariate testing and participation in beta program testing,
-Ensure the success of all campaigns within assigned framework,
-Assist with the analysis of performance marketing channels with a data driven approach,
-Support the development of reporting dashboards, bid strategies, PPC keyword expansion and ad copy optimisation,
-Work with management on setting and delivering KPIs, presenting results, key learnings and business recommendations to executives and other key stakeholders for PPC, Social & Affiliate,
-Work closely with key platform partners to ensure Disney Destinations is prioritised, supported, and remains an industry leader in the advertising space,
-Educate the organisation and develop new tactics to optimise digital marketing efforts,
-Employ excellent working knowledge of search engine marketing, social auction media, streaming video media and the affiliate channel to drive strong traffic and conversion results from proposed strategies and be able to obtain valuable insight for communication to key marketing partners,
-Keep up to date on the Search, Social Media and Affiliate industry. Propose and execute new ideas to further enhance campaign tactics,
-Utilise team task management systems to execute assignments as well as possess the ability to prioritise assignments based on urgency and importance,
-Proactively collaborate with all media partners to achieve business goals,
-Perform at a high level in a fast-paced, time-intensive, deadline-driven work environment.

Basic Qualifications:
-Degree in Marketing is preferred,
-Proven experience as managing PPC campaigns and executing search engine marketing for a high volume consumer website and performance marketing channels,
-Experience using the following search engine interfaces and tools: Google Adwords and Double Click Search (Facebook Ads Manager and Youtube will be positively considered),
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects to due dates,
-High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
