The Role:

We are looking for a forward-thinking Partner Sales Manager to manage Scotland and Northern Ireland. The candidate should be a successful sales negotiator, business manager and motivator. Running your individual territory you will be responsible for new Partner recruitment, Partner training, ongoing managements and business planning. You will be selling a mix of services through the partners starting with water and fixed line with gas and electricity.

This role is predominantly based either at our Hamilton or Manchester office with some field visits required. The role will report directly into the Partner Sales Director, you will be responsible for:

* The sourcing and appointment of new sales Partners (call centres, field agents, etc.)

* Training & motivating of sales Partners to sell services for Clear Business and managing the ongoing relationship

* Ensuring industry compliance and Partner sales optimization

* Providing regular reporting on Partner sales performance

* Strategic input to future product and marketing initiatives

* The growth of sales in fixed line and water (with energy coming later on in the year

The Person:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* A proven track record in delivering high sales volumes

* Experience of managing B2B sales teams

* Experience of managing 3rd party/outsourced sales

* A dynamic, flexible personality with a “can do” attitude

* Good presentation skills and a good telephone manner

* A high level of self-motivation, time management and organisational skills
