Hours: 4:30PM-8:30PM Monday-Friday (20 hours per week)

The Role

We’re looking for part time associates to join our great team and enjoy the flexibility of a good work/life balance in our vibrant new office in Manchester City Centre.

You’ll be using your great communication skills to help our customers find and understand the insurance deals they’re looking for. As a part time Customer Service Associate, you’ll be our voice at the other end of the phone, listening to customers, answering questions and making every customer feel at home.

Building relationships with people who look for a diverse range of products, you’ll identify what it is they need, and then match our products to those needs. Don’t worry if you haven’t worked in insurance before – we’ll give you all the support you need.

What we are looking for

So if you have plenty of customer service experience under your belt (and it can be from any industry), we’ll train you up, teach you all you need to know, and turn you into one of our superstars.

If you’re friendly, enthusiastic and a hands-on kind of person, our Customer Service Associate role is just the thing for you. It’s a fantastic opportunity within our industry, and an excellent springboard for your career.

This means if your application is successful, you'll need to satisfy some important background checks before you can start working with us. These will include a full credit enquiry, a criminal record check, residency and right to work checks.
