What will you be doing?

The Outbound Growth function acquires new customers and also cross-sells/up-sells to existing customers across the Virgin Media product set. The channel also supports both our pending Churn and Movers departments. The activity is carried out by our In-house centres and Outsource partners located in the UK and in the Philippines.

As the Outbound Sales Performance Lead you will be responsible for supporting sales and churn performance across all growth outbound channels. A key aspect of the role will be the running of existing, and development of new, advanced sales reporting that will help drive KPIs, productivity and performance. You will provide key insight and analysis on how to enhance performance and drive growth productivity.

Within this role, you will also be involved in supporting new customer growth within the sales channel through daily processing and management of prospect leads and data. As well as this, you will be supporting in the running and performance management of the In-house dialler and its various campaigns / data types to maximise performance and ensure monthly sales targets are hit and best practice is maintained.

Must be technically astute having excellent Microsoft Office Skills specifically SQL ( a good to strong understanding desirable) Excel (advanced level required) Access (advanced level required) and Power-point ( a good understanding desirable)
Analytically minded and able to deal with large volumes of varying data from multiple sources
A very good understand of Outbound sales activity
A good understanding of the general contact centre infrastructure and operational set up
Commercially aware – being able to link what we do to the wider business context
Highly numerate and analytical with a strong ability to interpret different data types
Flexibility and ability to work to deadlines and adapt to business change quickly and effectively
