Outbound Sales Advisor (B2B)

Location: Head Office Based – Darwen, Lancashire

Salary: Competitive basic salary plus commission

Liberty Flights are a leading and fast-growing vaping Company, with their head office based in Darwen, Lancashire.

We are looking to expand our head office team by recruiting an ambitious and self-motivated individual to:

  • Proactively contact existing and new accounts within our b2b & b2c channels to generate business and promote the brand, from head office.
  • Build a flourishing working relationship with our area sales management team to nurture their key accounts and keep the account relationship active & growing to increase revenue.
  • Generate further business from existing accounts, offer product knowledge, highlight the benefits of stocking the product and be on hand to offer an after sales service where required.
  • Naturally build a rapport with customers to increase retention and boost revenue streams within the department.
  • Keep key accounts warm, arrange store visits for area sales managers and generally fact find with regards to customer accounts.
  • Explore all business & customer sales channels to ensure that all accounts are in contact with the Company on a regular basis and build a rapport that leads to a successful supplier & customer relationship.
  • Offer support to the customer service function, contributing to the production of existing platforms. Continuously develop product knowledge to be able to effectively deal with customer queries and order processing through several formats.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Experience in telesales & account managing
  • IT skills including; Microsoft packages and be able to adapt and train on in house systems
  • Target driven and strive to exceed them
  • Confident with sales and promoting the product & Company
