Our contact centre in Loughborough is home to a professional, supportive team and our Team Managers are a pretty focused bunch of people. They also play an integral role in the supervision and development of the Outbound Sales department. As a team manager it is your responsibility to manage the performance of a team of advisors whose jobs are to convert sales leads via various group brands such as Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk and e2save whilst striving to repeat and grow new business.

What responsibilities will I have?

The purpose of this role is to manage a team of up to 12 Outbound Sales Advisors who are responsible for pro-actively contacting customers with the aim of selling the most suitable Mobile Phone package possible. You will be expected to coach, mentor and motivate your team to achieve business objectives and commercial targets.

You will be representing brands such as Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk & E2Save while offering products such as Samsung, Apple, Sony, HTC, Huawei & Alcatel. You and your team will be working towards targets whilst offering our customers added value products such as accessories and Insurance.

Analytically minded
Experience in telesales
Customer centric and ethically minded
Ability to deliver and manage challenging messages
Receptive to training and continuous coaching
Target driven and very well organized with great time management
Ability to influence large groups
Experience in a contact centre environment (preferred)
