£40k Basic £55k OTE year one (uncapped)

We are a leading online Property Portal who have been established for over 10 years providing estate agents, lettings agents, new homes developers and private individuals a searching and advertising Portal for all things to do with property. We are one of the most visited websites in the UK and as a PLC, we have annual revenues of close to £200 million. We are currently looking to recruit three additional New Business Sales people to continue our success.
Due to over 15% growth last year, we are looking to expand our UK sales team and recruit outstanding new business sales individuals. You will be Home and Field based and the role will be selling to Commercial Agents and Landlords. Personality and performance are key to success in this position. In essence you will be an amiable and professional salesperson who will work well in a team and consistently deliver results. You must have stability and a proven track record in new business.
The successful sales applicant will have excellent new business skills but also have the ability to successfully manage business accounts that you bring on board (as you will retain all business that you win). You will require a minimum of four years field based new business Sales experience for this position with an extensive understanding of the sales process. We're sorry, but experience of selling B2C is not relevant for this role.

The basic salary on these positions can reach £40k with uncapped commission and year one OTE of £55k.
