This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to travel the world and work for a well-established sales company.

My client is an Outsourcing Sales Company with 15 years’ experience. Due to rapid growth and expansion they are seeking hungry, enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Trainee Telesales Executives within 4 weeks. Opportunities are available for advancement and development into Senior Positions. They are a company that only promotes from within therefore employees will be recognized and rewarded for their achievements.

Job Requirements:

Your role will involve building on-going and profitable relationships with new and discerning investors by advising on financial products, dealing with objections and closing new business. We are looking for individuals willing to do whatever it takes to hit targets and get the business in. No cold calling or prospecting necessary as all leads are fully qualified in house. Monday to Friday 2pm -10pmyour weekends are your own.

What we expect from you:

·         An excellent telephone manner

·         A hunger to succeed

·         Confidence in speaking to senior decision makers

·         An ability to be able to articulate a written script in a way people can understand

·         Goal orientated and a strong focus to achieve those goals

·         To be in a position where you can relocate for this role

 

Key responsibilities:

·         Making 100+ calls a day to key decision makers

·         Hitting daily, weekly and monthly targets

·         Closing new business

 

Candidate will also receive:

·         Return flights

·         Basic weekly wage running alongside training programs

·         Visas

·         Free accommodation for the first 8 weeks

 

This position will give you possibility to earn uncapped commission, bringing home over £150K OTE, doubling in your second year. All that is required from you is an excellent phone manner, hunger to succeed, confident in talking to decision makers and goal orientated.

Superb training facilities with modular training courses provided by one the industry's leading sales trainers. Individuals must be motivated by the high commission structure in a tax free, offshore location and willing to relocate to a tropical destination where it has some of the most beautiful beaches, islands, and a very vibrant night-life.
