Onsite New Homes Sales Negoiator

Lanes Land and New Homes are looking for an Onsite New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team. As an Onsite New Homes Sales Negoiator you will be responsible for promoting and subsequently selling a new home to a client, whilst building and maintaining a close relationship with them. Onsite New Homes Sales Negoiator solely focus on selling the particular development.

Duties Include:

* Learning and retaining a large amount of information about every development to educate the potential buyers.

* Good at communicating face to face and over the phone.

* Be able to liaise with developers and buyers, finding out any information the need to know.

* Good at working within a small team.

* Uploading applicants onto the system and keeping them updated.

* Constantly managing your database of applicants, calling and keeping them updated at all times.

* Show clients around a new home.

* Market and advertise the property.

* Reach sales targets for the company.

* Deal with phone and email queries.

* Build a client base in your particular area.

* Keep your administrative records updated.

Essential Skills:

* Previous experience within New homes sales is preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Well presented and aware of brand image.

* Confident to deal with clients at all management levels.

* Able to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships.

* Excellent client care skills.

* Team player.

* Have good IT skills on Outlook, Word, Excel.

* Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure environment.
