Now we are looking for an Online Sales Consultant who shares our ambitions and our values.
A positive attitude is vital, along with the determination to succeed and help others to succeed. That means you have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in representing a quality brand is also essential, as well as flexibility, and a commitment to delivering on time from day one.
Accurate computer skills and a diligent attention to detail, together with a thirst for knowledge are essential in this role. You will be making, taking and administering orders for us in a fast paced office environment. Confident communication skills, are key, both written and verbal, along with the ability to establish instant rapport with our customers. You must have proven ability in successfully meeting Sales targets. You will be providing help and advice both by telephone, email and live chat.

In this role it’s essential that you’re confident in taking sales orders over the phone and where necessary you’re comfortable to ask for the order – so previous selling skills are an important asset.
