Job title and sector - New Business Sales Manager, Insurance Software

The Role: Cash Rich….Strong balance sheet…..Own the vertical….Chances to progress……. There is very little not to like about this this role and company. This role has come about because the current sales person has done such a good job here, they've been given the chance to set up a new sector for the business. As a result, you're walking into warm pipeline. Key role responsibilities for the New Business Sales Manager, Insurance Software:

  • Developing new business from scratch but inheriting a warm pipeline which you will also be responsible for closing.
  • Selling to key insurance organisations- primarily underwriters but also brokers.
  • Focusing on know your customer and compliance- enabling insurance businesses to make better decisions.
  • National role, home based but working closely with the office.
  • Deals up to £500k.

Requirements for the New Business Sales Manager, Insurance Software:

  • Software Sales background.
  • Understanding of the insurance landscape - sold to key insurers and brokers.
  • Appreciation of fraud/ KYC/ Compliance.
  • New Business sales experience, able to open doors but in an established vertical.
  • Cultural fit- commitment, keen to learn, take responsibility, team work.

The Package for New Business Sales Manager, Insurance Software:

  • Basic: 40-65k basic
  • Bonus / OTE: 100k+
  • Car: Allowance- 10%
  • Benefits: Pension, 25 days holiday, flexible benefits
