Job title and sector - New Business Partner Manager- Cloud Unified Communications.

The Role: If you're working for an on-premise PBX business or you're selling mobiles, the chances are you're in a race to the bottom in a very saturated market. Modern technology is moving to the cloud and everything is all about "………as-a-Service" so this client, as a Unified-Communications-as-Service player is delivering instant collaboration in an increasingly remote world. Key role responsibilities for the New Business Partner Manager- Cloud Unified Communications:

  • Developing a base of partner/ dealer accounts.
  • Selling UCaaS, Sip Trunking and telephony.
  • Hi touch / direct touch role driving end user activity with corporate businesses (100-200 users).
  • Focussed on midlands and northern partner accounts.
  • Main focus is Tier 2 ISPs, MSP's and IT resellers.
  • Working closely with internal resources - marketing, lead generation, pre sales to get develop pipeline.

Requirements for the New Business Partner Manager- Cloud Unified Communications:

  • Sold telecoms solutions (SIP, Networking, UC, PBX, Hosted Voice, Data or mobility).
  • Developed business from scratch.
  • Ideally partner based/ channel sales experience.
  • Good network of contacts in the midlands/ north of the UK.
  • Track record of performance - strong P60's, performance league tables.

The Package for New Business Partner Manager- Cloud Unified Communications:

  • Basic: £30-40k basic.
  • Bonus / OTE: £60-80k.
  • Car: £5k car allowance.
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday, pension, health, work from home package.

  • Targeting £50m turnover within 2 years, well on the way there.
