The Role: The successful National Sales Manager will be managing a team of four National Account Managers - who sell services including MOTs, repairs, vehicle servicing and call-outs for trucks and commercial vehicles. The role involves setting strategy and managing change - together with coaching, recruiting and mentoring your team, setting targets and ensuring that these are adhered to. Full product and company training is provided.
