THE ROLE: The role of National Sales Manager includes responsibility for a team of up to 10 Field Sales Executives across the U.K. Representing a business that sells architectural ironmongery products, this position will be focused upon developing, mentoring and motivating your sales team. With some capacity to develop Key Accounts, the focus is on driving sales through effective strategy and coaching of a sales team.
