Job Title: National Sales Manager – Acoustic & Fire Doors

Area to be covered: National (ideally based Midlands)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + commission giving OTE £100,000

Benefits: £500 car allowance and comprehensive benefits package

The role of the National Sales Manager – Bespoke Doors will involve:

·         Field sales position selling a high quality comprehensive range of fire doors, acoustic doors, security doors, hygiene doors and hardwood joinery

·         Working on projects in the, commercial, education, residential, medical, industrial, MOD and hospitality

·         Initially you will be managing a sales team of 5, 2 external and 3 internal

·         Your of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, builder merchants, merchants and buying groups

·         Will have to generate your own turnover as well as managing the sales team, this will be negotiated

·         You will be required to cover Nationally therefore our client will consider most locations throughout the UK however has a preference for the Midlands

·         Reporting directly to MD

The ideal applicant will be an National Sales Manager – Bespoke Doors with:

·         Must have a proven track record of field based sales within the construction industry

·         Must have man-management OR been working in a senior sales position for a number of years with the capacity to manage a team

·         Must have sold to architects, main contractors, sub-contractors, builder merchants, merchants and buying groups

·         Must be commercially astute

·         Ideally have a black book on contacts and proven track record in developing new relationships

·         Experience of developing long term relationships with clients

·         Track record of stability within your career

·         Genuine ‘get up and go’ work ethic

·         Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
