The Role: Based from their Northern Home Counties offices when not on client visits, the successful National Sales Manager will be looking after a portfolio of accounts in the retail space, dealing with foodservice organisations, independent retailers and cruise ships, although with most of your time spent with regional contacts within the grocery multiples. Speaking to business owners and buyers, you will ensure that the supply chain is successful and will hold full P&L responsibility.
The Company: With over half a century of trading excellence behind them and still family run to this day, our client is now recruiting a new National Sales Manager to join their team. They produce a quality range of eggs from their farms and are constantly growing their free range category, and are on track for an ambitious growth target over the next year.
For this National Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
Strong track record of managing national retail accounts
You must have sold food or drinks at head office buyer level
A stable work history is essential
Seasoned candidates who can operate autonomously and gain respect are sought
