We, at Travis Perkins, have a brilliant opportunity for an National Sales Administration Supervisor to join our collaborative and thriving Sales Office team based in our Head Office within Northampton. In this role you will be processing invoices for supply and our customers, Chasing up any unpaid invoices and dealing with any queries that arise from this. You will also be supervising two Sales Negotiators and supporting them with their needs.

Key Accountabilities

Processing invoices for suppliers and Customers

Prices increase management support.

Dealing with unpaid and paid invoices.

Chasing up any outstanding debt.

Settling any new or current disputes.

Ensure all customer / supplier queries are actioned and resolved within a timely manner

We are after someone who’s enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful, with a sharp eye for identifying new opportunities and support. Being well-organised and planned goes without saying, as you will be responsible for meeting our valued customer expectations.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Attention to detail

Good Communication Skills

Relationship Building with Stakeholders

Understanding of Processes and willing to learn about Travis Perkins.
