The Role: The National Business Development Manager will be targeted on the acquisition of high value contracts of commercial waste management and recycling services. This is a new business role, focussing on large multisite end users in public and private sectors in markets such as retail, leisure, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, local authorities and education. Significant time will be spent with an internal team, involvement with bid/tender writing as well as the finance and legal aspects of such large contracts.
The Person: A proven track record in sales in the waste management sector is essential. Ideally experience of prospecting for new business, or with larger key accounts. You'll have the gravitas to consult at a senior level and negotiate large value contracts - character traits such as professionalism, resilience, energy and ambition are of value.

£40,000 to £60,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
