Location: Mold, Flintshire

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum – depending on experience

We work in a wide range of sectors including education, social housing, property management and retail, offering solutions from basic fire extinguishers through to large commercial installations.

Working for Jackson Fire & Security you will be a highly organised and proactive individual. You will be based at our Head Office in Mold, North Wales and our standard working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required to support the needs of the business.

About the Role:

Due to the growth and expansion of Jackson Fire & Security this is a brand new role, where you will be responsible for liaising between all of our regional branches and our key national accounts helping to price new opportunities, schedule works in and ensure top customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete management of our increasing portfolio of National Account Customers
  • Main point of contact acting as a liaison between our regional branches and our key national accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and KPI’s are met
  • Monitoring of customer enquiry inbox and distribution of leads to regional branches
  • Liaising with customers, obtaining PO numbers, ensuring all costs are correct and queries are resolved
  • Maintaining up to date records and contact details on our CRM system
  • Assisting with the completion of new supplier forms, pre-qualification questionnaires and requests for quotations.
  • Pricing new national customer opportunities and liaising between head office and our regional branches.
  • Supporting the management team where needed with national sales initiatives.
  • Communication with a variety of customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
  • Regular review meetings with National Account Customers and looking for opportunities to offer additional services and cover additional areas

Person Specification:

Reporting directly to the Company Directors, as the National Accounts Administrator you will be a highly organised and a proactive individual requiring minimal supervision.

  • Preferably a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B retention aftersales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Very high standard of customer service and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multitask various clients and various stages at any one time
  • Flexibility to travel to our customers if required
  • Well-presented and professional with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and customer focused approach
  • A pragmatic and logical thinker who’s well organised and pays excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision

Due to the nature of the business, successful applicants will be subject to Security Screening in accordance with BS7858.
