My client is a rapidly growing company with great growth potential having identified a gap in the market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take ownership of already existing wholesale accounts to take the market by storm.


The National Account Manager will work on pre-existing accounts within the wholesale channel tasked with driving volume. Reporting to the Sales Director you will:

    • Adopt a pro-active approach to Account Management to develop and achieve full account potential

  • Fully understand the account and maintain strong relationships at all levels with the account, maintaining high levels of customer service, delivering to exceed expectations
  • Analyse stock in channel to ensure the most efficient use of capital

  • Be responsible for NPD & have full P&L responsibility

  • Manage the JBP process

You will be responsible for the implementation of the GB wholesaler promotional strategy drive distribution and maintain profitability through the channel. You will help gain and grow the brand within wholesaler/RTM's by implementing activities such as trade shows to drive growth.

Through building and managing regional wholesale groups and supporting the NAM with any national wholesale activation. The role will require you to dynamically seeking out new opportunities and effectively establish relationships with key stakeholders up to MD level


This fast paced exciting role required the National Account Manager- Wholesale to be:

  • Motivated, committed and enthusiastic with a strong desire to contribute to a growing brand.

  • Skilled in collaborating tasks across various departments within the business to deliver against required objectives.

  • Target driven with a desire to continually push KPI's.

  • Comfortable managing a wide range of accounts with ability to develop strong commercial relationships.

  • Able to work as part of a team and display strong leadership qualities.

  • A entrepreneurial self-starter who can set their own targets and efficiently organise work schedule.

  • Able to demonstrate market knowledge and use effectively in daily workload.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • At least three years proven track record as a National Account Manager.

  • Experience working with wholesales directly

  • Ability to confidently present in front of customers and large groups.

  • Strong commercial understanding with ability to prepare tender documentation and creation of financial proposals.

  • Be commutable to the office in the South East
