As a Brakes National Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of customer account plans within a portfolio of service contracts; ensuring all customer expectations and contractual Service Level Agreements are met. With a strong commitment to responsible sourcing - from Red Tractor accredited meat, poultry and fruit and veg to MSC certified fish and seafood, every product in our extensive range has been developed by our very own food development chefs or chosen with chefs and their customers in mind, making sure we deliver quality and taste with every bite.

Role responsibility:

You will have the responsibility for a portfolio of Hospitality accounts ensuring that company profitability, customer requirements and individual growth targets are met. Within Hospitality we look after a wide variety of customers within the Hotels, Pubs, Restaurants and Leisure industries. You will be the point of contact for all queries and questions, enabling the customer to look to you for support, advice, guidance and enhancement of the service we provide. You will also be looking to develop, implement and maintain individual customer account plans by identifying key activities and priorities in line with our company strategic objectives, and thereby maximise profitability. You will personally manage each client relationship whilst encouraging the development of a positive working relationship across the business in all departments.


You’re naturally self-motivated and proactive with real passion and drive to deliver results. You are relentless in your approach & will seek out every opportunity, identifying and capitalising on your customers’ requirements. Being able to demonstrate excellent results in a previous sales role within the food service industry, you will be on a mission to deliver the best solution and best experience for all your customers.
