National Account Manager - Waste Management Solutions
The Future: The company, having just invested millions in environmentally friendly waste disposal and recovery operations, are developing their offering to become the market leader in resource saving/recovery services. This investment will lead to career progression opportunities and new solutions to cross-sell and upsell into existing clients
The Role: Outstanding opportunity for a National Account Manager to manage 6-7 multi-site, national accounts in the retail, distribution and manufacturing industries. You will develop accounts, worth circa £8m in total, to cross-sell and up-sell the range of services and to ensure they renew their contracts. Based once per week from the North West office and otherwise home based you will typically be on 4-5 meetings per week nurturing relationships with Operations Managers, Contracts Managers and Heads of Procurement.
Requirements: To be considered for this National Account Manager role you must have:
Sold a B2B service
Experience managing larger, multi-site accounts
A proactive and structured approach, and be highly organised
The Package: up to £40,000 basic salary 20% Bonus Prestige Brand Company Car or Car Allowance Phone, Laptop, Healthcare, Pension, 24 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
Location: Covering the UK, candidate location ideally central - Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, with good motorway links
