What you’ll do:

* Deliver and develop high volume telecoms sales from mid sized national businesses with standardised and repeatable value propositions

* Successfully deliver sales campaigns into mid market prospects / new business acquisition targets

* Support the build, running and growth of a new national accounts sales team to deliver a high quality, solution-sales focused organisation

* Be trading focussed and commercially aware, you’ll be continually looking for opportunities to drive profitability and faster growth for the business.

* Be accountable for the ongoing account management and customer happiness of our national accounts

* Partner with marketing and product management to trial and scale sales of new B2B products and value propositions (including new pricing and packaging)

* Maintain accurate and timely account forecasts, including regular updates of Salesforce to ensure pipeline is accurate

* To deliver high quality relationship management to a portfolio of Accounts, incorporating a broad range of contacts including operational and senior management

* To build, update and develop complete and comprehensive account plans covering all aspects of each account and incorporating a full sales strategy and plan to achieve revenue growth

* To create effective and efficient calling plans, ensuring that client meetings and trade meetings are undertaken as required

What you’ll bring:

* A track record of delivering high volume telecoms sales / deals into mid sized national businesses

* Commercially astute – comfortable with optimising a set of revenue driving KPIs

* Proven track record to secure national telecommunication accounts to prospect, present and close sales

* Experience in a matrix, complex delivery focused organisation – and ideally exposure to a fledgling or start-up business environment

* Resilient in the face of obstacles and experienced in working in a young business with rapidly changing capabilities and demands

* Relentless about achieving sales results even in the face of obstacles and the challenges of a fast evolving business
