The Role

Moose Toys are looking for an experienced National Account Coordinator to join the Cornwall based team.

Based just 8 miles outside of Newquay, our Cornwall office is the Moose Toys UK and European Hub. In the past 18 months we have experienced considerable growth and opportunity and, as we continue to develop and invest in our strategic growth plans, we are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the team.

This role is an integral part of the Moose Toys team. Working with your nominated accounts you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the administration processes that support our UK sales operations. Working closely with Moose customers, retailers and Account Managers you will be building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office-based sales support or coordinator role
  • Extremely IT literate (Email and Excel essential)
  • Proven experience of organising and managing multiple projects and different tasks throughout the working day
  • Results driven, setting high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
  • Establishes strong, positive relationships with customers and employees
  • Excellent collaborator who relates to others in a confident and relaxed manner
  • Communicates with clarity, expressing information and key points clearly
  • Stimulated by working in a fast-paced office environment and delivering to deadlines
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accurate reporting
  • Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
