As Midsize Enterprise segment Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and success of a team of account managers who are aligned at driving cloud adoption strategies across the UK market.

You will have the responsibility for leading a team of Account Managers who look after the mid market commercial business accounts with various complexity and revenue sizes. Your support and management of the team will be key to the teams success and growth.

As our business in the UK grows at a rapid rate, you will have the responsibility of mentoring and supporting the team so that individual pipeline and revenue quota’s are achieved as well as defining territories and go to market strategy. Our growth will also mean that you will play an integral part with the growth and recruitment into the team.

Responsibilities
· Build and manage a team of Commercial Mid – Market Account Managers
· Ensure the team meets pipeline generation, revenue quotas and metric goals
· Hire and develop the best and provide ongoing coaching and support to the commercial segment
· Guide team members on how to manage key relationships
· Coaching the team on prospecting techniques, pipeline and territory management
· Experience of managing greenfield and startup teams alongside existing customer accounts.
· Drive campaigns and program execution at scale
· Develop strategic territory plans, set goals and quotas
· Accelerate customer adoption and customer satisfaction
· Work strategically with partners to extend AWS reach
· Collaborate with Country management, Channel, Marketing, Business Development, Solution Architects to align the team’s initiatives.
· Conduct regular individual reviews of business and performance including call activity, pipeline reviews, prospecting and closing deals
· Analyse wins and losses and provide reports and plans for future prospects
· Present regular, accurate reports to senior management for review
· Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a regular basis
· We are looking for someone who is passionate about:Long term development of UK Mid-market
· Identifying & developing specific opportunities and supporting business cases
· Deal shaping, including estimations and deal pricing
· Contract negotiations & closing
· Acting as single person of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations
· Educate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition
· Envisioning and inspiring customers
· Coaching Customer and Partner teams to be self-sufficient
· This is a customer facing role. You be required to travel to meet client when needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA/University Degree or equivalent experience
· Extensive technology 5 years+ related sales or business development experience
· Management experience in technology sales, including Greenfield sales, Startups, Inside sales and mature customer account sales.
· Proven experience of leading, motivating and developing talent
· Experience in creating, running strategic sales campaigns at scale and success in new account acquisition
· Creative, self-starter, directing, and supporting a team with highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical skills, accurate and concise reporting
· Knowledge of industry trends and key customer drivers is a requirement for this position (such as Media industry)
· Experience in group leadership and executive presentations.
· Experience managing executive Customer relationships and key business stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in cloud sales desirable across Startup, Greenfield and mature customer sales.
· Demonstrable experience in project management with the ability to establish and manage projects and initiatives against a set of key metrics and goals.
· Experience of building successful Startups and teams
