Job Title: Membership Sales Executive

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 per annum + uncapped commission (11% on each conversion)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Part-time hours at four days per week also considered)

Closing date: 12 noon 30th April 2021

As the voice of dentists and dental students in the UK BDA brings dentists together, support members through advice and education, and represent their interests. This is a challenging and dynamic period for dentistry and as such we are recruiting for an experienced Membership Sales Executive to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

The post is full-time (part-time will also be considered) and will be initially home-based during lockdown restrictions but will eventually be based in central London. We're looking for a self-motivated and experienced sales professional to be responsible for recruiting new members, upgrading existing members and encouraging sign-ups to BDA Indemnity via outbound tele-sales calls.

The successful candidate will be commercial in their thinking and work to maximise membership and Indemnity revenue. During all calls the post-holder will identify opportunities to promote the benefits of membership and tailor the information to the individual circumstances.

The Candidate

We are looking for a good team player who is highly flexible and adaptable with a minimum of 5 years proven sales experience and a proven track record of business acquisition and experience of meeting sales targets. Excellent interpersonal skills and organisational skills are essential.
