Job type: Full time, Permanent - Mon- Fri

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25,000-£30,000pa + Company Bonus + vibrant, exciting, fresh office in an easily commutable Leeds location.

Evolving, thriving media company based in Leeds seeks missing piece of the puzzle.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a proactive, media sales executive. You will generate, pitch and nurture new and existing Clients. This sales role involves selling advertising and media campaigns to premier retail clients within the FMCG industry. This client operates amongst the most premier FMCG and house hold brands and is part of a very established group of companies.

This role offers excellent earning potential, career progression, a strong friendly fun working environment and some excellent company perks!

To apply you MUST have media sales or advertising sales experience. If you have FMCG or Grocery media sales experience this would be advantageous but not essential.

The role of Media Sales Executive

  • Cultivating new campaigns through networking and sales;
  • Office based Business Development with the autonomy to book and arrange client visits as you see fit;
  • Providing exceptional support throughout the campaign, building relationships and managing accounts as required;
  • Work closely with stake holders to generate new business for a wide variety of clients ensuring that all formats are a trusted form of advertising.

Desired qualities of the Media Sales Executive

  • Previous Media Sales experience;
  • Previous Advertising Sales experience;
  • A Confident, tenacious, proactive sales executive that isn't afraid to pick up the phone;
  • Confident in face to face Client meetings and presenting to an audience;
  • Team player, with the autonomy to work individually;
  • Experience using sales force or CRM software;
  • Self-motivated, determined, persuasive, personable and driven.
  • FMCG Media Sales experience (not essential);
