Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

* Develop and lead a team of Analytical Consultants. Foster collaboration particularly across the broader Customer Solutions and Analytics organization, facilitate measurement and analytical specialization and skill development, manage utilization, and ensure knowledge sharing

* Coach team on how to use data analytics to develop solutions and uncover opportunities for customer business to cultivate long-term growth and customer satisfaction

* Partner with the Industry Director, Industry Heads and other teams across Large Customer Sales to define and lead the analytical and measurement agenda for our customers

* Guide team and sector partners to compliant and effective application of Google data, establish analytics and data management best practices, and ensure high-quality of customer deliverables

* Play a lead role in driving customer facing measurement and analytical conversations, and handle more senior customer interactions directly
