Marketing Executive (Holiday Home Sales)

Do you have excellent copy writing skills? Are you looking for an exciting and challenging new role within marketing? Parkdean Resorts currently have a brilliant opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join the Holiday Home Sales Marketing Team based at our office in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Reporting to the Local Marketing Manager, you will be required to carry out all communication to our owner base across 66 of our parks, including a range of sales campaigns and service messages.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Being responsible for all owner communications ensure that the owner communications calendar is maintained.

* Managing part exchange and buy in campaigns from start to finish.

* Attending owner communications and project meetings.

* Writing copy for owner communications emails and communications for parks.

* Managing our owner surveys including creating questions, analysing results and creating action plans.

The successful Person will:

* Be experience in working in a similar role.

* Have exceptional copy writing and grammar skills.

* Have a creative flair with a keen eye for design and ability to create artwork.

* Be passionate about delivering exemplary customer service.

* Have strong planning and organisational skills.
