The Role
Amazon is seeking a Manager, Programmatic Solutions Consultant to oversee a team of UK Programmatic Consultants supporting self-service clients on the Amazon DSP. The team is responsible for managing the end to end experience of external customers including holding companies, independent agencies, trading desks, and direct clients that have chosen to use the Amazon DSP via the self-service model. The overarching goal is to empower customers to achieve success by providing best-in-class consultancy, training, operational expertise and troubleshooting. Programmatic Solutions Consultants are at the cutting-edge of programmatic expertise, solving client challenges with Amazon and the industries best ad technology. The Manager of this team is required to not only support the team in their day to day roles and career growth at Amazon, but also to interact with other senior leaders within the Amazon Advertising business to drive projects and goals forward.

Responsibilities
· Act as player/coach to lead a team of PSCs to drive customer success, campaign performance, and act as primary liaison to key customers & senior leadership.
· Manage, mentor and develop a team of dedicated PSCs.
· Define priorities for campaign management and optimization initiatives based on deep knowledge of the industry, its competitive landscape and key business issues.
· Navigate multiple stakeholders; bridge organizational and structural gaps with a focus on customer results and satisfaction.
· Help drive evolution of Amazon DSP into a client friendly tool via ongoing client feedback loop and close collaboration with cross functional Amazon teams (Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists)
· Define and improve processes and tools for the PSC team to serve clients better
· Accountable for the overall success of client programmatic campaigns
· Build, grow and maintain outstanding relationships with key customers
· Design and deliver performance updates, business reviews and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
· Oversee financial credit and billing between Amazon and clients

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· Proven experience in Account Management and/or Ad Operations
· DSP/RTB/Ad Network experience or understanding of programmatic landscape
· Experience working with agencies and/or agency trading desks
· Proficiency in MSFT Office; deep experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
· Extensive knowledge of digital media systems and tools
· Experience hiring and managing teams of min 5 people

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Well versed in campaign setup and optimization techniques
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills with focus on problem solving
· Extensive knowledge of digital media systems and tools
· Collaborative team-player yet comfortable with independence
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Hands on experience working with ad server platforms, DMPs and/or sell-side platforms/ad exchanges.
· Understanding of HTML/XML coding, Web Browsers and ability to edit using basic text editors
