The Manager, Inside Sales is part of the sales leadership team, and is primarily responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the 15 person inside sales team. The Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for developing strategies to support the achievement of the overall sales and financial goals as required. Responsible for the development, coaching, and training of the Sales Consultant group. Accountable for execution and achievement of sales goals set by the company, including revenue generation, quotas, and sales improvement. Responsible for defining applicable metrics and analytics for continuous improvement. Responsible for understanding current database systems and effective use for optimum team activity output. An understanding of current market trends with future focus on insight to evolving market trends is a requirement.
Basic Salary up to £60,000 plus OTE
