A high-end, luxury brand operating within the travel sector is looking for and Inside Sales Manager to leading and manage a sales function of circa 15 people.

Our client is a luxury, exclusive provider operating within the travel sector.


The Manager, Inside Sales is part of the sales leadership team, and is primarily responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the 15 person inside sales team. The Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for developing strategies to support the achievement of the overall sales and financial goals as required. Responsible for the development, coaching, and training of the Sales Consultant group. Accountable for execution and achievement of sales goals set by the company, including revenue generation, quotas, and sales improvement. Responsible for defining applicable metrics and analytics for continuous improvement. Responsible for understanding current database systems and effective use for optimum team activity output. An understanding of current market trends with future focus on insight to evolving market trends is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership in the form of coaching, training, feedback sessions, and personal development plans for all Sales Consultants in order to develop a high-performance, professional, and energetic team culture

  • Management of sales activity and pipelines to ensure they can meet, and exceed, targets

  • Ensures Sales Consultants are working to engage potential clients by using thoughtful and intelligent communication methods, beyond marketing materials

  • Recruiting and training high performing sales consultants.

  • Managing communication channels and enabling productive working relationships between the internal and external sales teams

  • Playing a key role in high priority projects including strategic planning, territory optimisation, incentive & commission strategy, and forecast modelling

  • Providing statistical reports to senior leadership on performance against designated high ROI targets


  • Educated to a degree level

  • Proven sales leadership (3-5 years) and team development ability

  • History of leading teams to exceed set sales and financial targets

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in CRM, Databases, Financial systems, and Reporting tools

  • Project management experience

  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite

Job Offer

Basic Salary up to £60,000 plus OTE
