The UK FBA business is looking for a smart and innovative Channel Sales Leader who will lead a team of Account Managers. You will be responsible for recruiting sellers to Amazon's Pan EU FBA Program. Pan EU FBA enables third party merchants to sell across Europe by helping them place inventory closer to their European customers, and by fulfilling and delivering orders at lower costs and in less time.

The main responsibilities for this role include:
· Setting goals and strategic direction for the team ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
· Conducting deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvements,
· Analyzing trends, diagnosing root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
· Becoming a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of large Sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
· Partnering with other teams at Amazon to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in existing seller base.
· Successfully hiring and developing a team of Account Representatives.

The ideal candidate is analytical, has great judgment and creative problem solving skills and is customer-focused. Candidates must have excellent judgment and prioritization skills, the ability to create and sustain urgency coupled with a passion for business, technology and delivering a world-class customer experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
· 7+ years professional experience
· Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
· Demonstrated ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced and ambiguous environment
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects-prioritization and strategic planning
· Ability to exert influence across cross-functional product and sales teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of sales / business development experience
· Experience using analytical, sales, and productivity tools including Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft SharePoint.
· Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
