Job Title: Machines Sales Specialist
Location: Field based. Ideally living in Gloucestershire / South Worcestershire to cover the south of England and Wales
Salary: Basic £22,000 (a performance related rise to £24,000 is possible on 12 months review) Realistic £32,000 OTE

The Machine Sales Specialist role is as exciting and rewarding as it is challenging and demanding. As a team player you must sign up to the company's philosophy and share their passion to provide great service to prospective and existing customers, manufacturing suppliers and third party partners. Communication and co-ordination is central to this position.
The core of the job is to exceed machine sales targets - to win business in a consultative style, listening to the customer and recommending solutions. Customers will be varied, across many different industries and because of this you will need to understand the importance of demonstrating the skills to adapt your own delivery and product presentation style to all decision makers and influencers.
To be a successful Machine Sales Specialist you will need to plan your time effectively and show excellent organisation skills - this is vitally important to ensure you can arrange customer appointments, site surveys and demonstrations whilst balancing time on the road with duties necessary in the office. Much of your time will be travelling so you will need to enjoy being out on the road but equally to cope with the demands that this puts on the time needed to conduct the job effectively and fully.
A self-disciplined and self-motivated, team player who is hungry to win business, professional in approach and importantly a real people person, able to build rapport with strong skills in influencing and presenting the benefits of a product will do well here.
