You will be entering the elite of property professionals, joining a network of 180 branches across the UK, each committed to providing the very highest levels of customer service.
Each member of the Haybrook team strives to deliver impeccable customer service at every opportunity. On a daily basis; you will register new customers, book and conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between applicants and landlords. Your role is vital to the business, aiding the growth of your branch through canvassing, prospecting and obtaining referrals. Much of this role will involve recommending our array of services and ensuring that our customers are kept as part of the 'Haybrook Family', too.
To ensure our customer service continues to be the best in the industry, you will be responsible for your customers' journey with Haybrook, supporting them all the way to the "move-in" stage and ensuring they are delighted with your service.
In addition, your passion for this industry will be evident in your commercial awareness, where you will be seen as the 'hub of knowledge' - an expert in your landlord's needs. We are, after all, in the business of property lettings and, ultimately, helping our customers achieve their dreams.

Haybrook's people enjoy a benefits package from their first day in their new position, with a starting salary of circa £13,000 and £14,000 (depending on experience) an On Target Earnings upwards of £18,000. Once you have passed your probation and succeeded to Grade II, you will be introduced to the "vehicle" of your success. We supply each of our Grade II Negotiators with a new car: fully insured, fully serviced and fully taxed for you to begin meeting and working with your new clients.

Qualifications: the "Fit"
Ideally, your passion and experience will derive from a customer-facing background, within a goal-orientated background - this could include work, or even extra curricular activies such as sport. You will also know exactly what it takes to deliver an incredible service to your portfolio of landlords and tenants.
Please note, no formal qualifications are necessary for this role - we look only at individual's true potential, talent and will.
You will be the ideal candidate if you have a real passion for people and are able to demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role; you will also be results-orientated and able to demonstrate accountability and responsibility. Your ability to recognise the importance of communicating effectively and nurture relationships with different stakeholders will be paramount.
