We actively participate in charity, networking and PR events to make sure that haart is alive in the local community.

As the Area Director, you will support a group of branches in growing market share and meeting agreed targets whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll have overall responsibility for recruiting talent, supporting their training and development needs and managing performance.

Previous, proven experience in running a lettings area office and consistently hitting sales targets and KPIs is essential for this role. If you are a confident, results driven individual that can demonstrate exceptional sales and customer service, this could be the role for you.
