As Lead HR Business Partner, key areas of focus and responsibility will include; workforce planning, retention, absence management, performance, talent development, talent attraction, and colleague engagement and well-being. You will also have close alignment to a busy recruitment team, ensuring that recruitment activities are aligned with on-going operational requirements and continuously looking for new and innovative ways to maximise recruitment outcomes.

The successful candidate will have operated in a Lead HR Business Partner role within a fast paced Call Centre and Customer Service environment. You will be a commercial and delivery focused individual, highly organised with a clear understanding of best practice processes aligned to a sales and customer service environment. A skilled influencer and communicator you will need to be both adaptable and resilient in equal measure. You will thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, hands-on, customer-orientated environment and deliver consistent results.

Profile

To successfully apply for this role you must have the following;

* Previous Business Partnering experience is essential within a high volume call centre organisation
* Experience of influencing multiple stakeholders across Operations teams and HR colleagues to ensure the most effective people plans are agreed
* Experience of working in a high volume high paced environment
* Experience of being significantly involved in Recruitment activity is essential
* Experience of delivering tangible business results is required.
* Experience of influencing senior stakeholders to shape solutions is essential

Job Offer

Salary is capped at 60,000 pa plus up to 10% bonus earning potential.
