Lead Generator

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Generator to join their busy and growing sales teams. You will be responsible for growing the sales pipeline for both energy contracts and technical consultancy. An energy related background and the ability to pick up technical terms would be distinct advantage to your success in this role. You will be keen to understand their core client base and have the ability to identify their requirements.

Lead Generator Responsibilities:

- Proactively make outbound calls and convert into leads for the sales team
- Establish good working relationships with the sales teams and their suppliers and partners
- Contribute to growth strategy and marketing campaigns
- Understand and recognise opportunities by developing a good understanding of their customer base.

Lead Generator Requirements:

- A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to succeed
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Experience in managing high-volume outbound calls
- Be organised and able to plan and prioritise your workloads to optimum effect
- Have the ability to work under your own initiative to achieve team objectives
- Be able to resolve unexpected issues that may impact on service standard

Location: Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth

Job type: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum plus benefits
