JOB TITLE: Lead Development Representative
LOCATION: Surrey
PACKAGE: £35k basic, £20k OTE, Pension, 25 days holiday.

KEY EXPERIENCE

You will need to have had some previous success/experience working in a phone-based role.
This could be from either a sales support, telemarketing, lead generation role - or something similar.
Happy working in a target-orientated environment.
Ideally degree educated.
Any experience in the data space would be a bonus but by no means a pre-requisite.

ROLE INFORMATION

New business lead generation role, arranging qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives.
Making 40-50 calls outbound calls per day to enterprise level organisations.
Leads generated by their marketing team, inbound via their website, and events. You will also be required to use your own initiative to generate opportunities.
Success in this role over a 12-18-month period will lead to taking a step up into a closing role.
Average sales cycles 3-6 months.
