Must be based: London (ideally inside the M25)

Remuneration: £35,000 - £50,000 + £8,000 - £10,000 bonus

The role of the Key Account Manager – HVAC Products will involve:

·         Key Account Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of HVAC products such as: fan coils, air ducts, wall mounted ventilation units, air conditioning, controls, values and cooling systems

·         All of your time will be spent generating specifications with M&E consultants and  mechanical consultants

·         Working in a buddy system with another dedicated M&E contractor sales person

·         Inheriting a well-established area currently set to turnover £8.5m with a solid project bank

·         Project sizes can vary from £20k-£350k+ depending on size and scoop

·         Typical projects would include: schools, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, stations, student accommodation and high rise

The ideal applicant will be an Key Account Manager – HVAC Products with:

·         Must have a demonstrable track record generating specification with M&E consultants

·         Must have experience selling a technical related HVAC products such as; air conditioning units, ventilation systems, cooling systems, air handling units, extract fans, ducting, heat recovery units, fans, attenuation units, boilers, valves, controls, piping systems

·         Must have contacts within the M&E market sector

·         Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities

·         Genuine hunger and desire to achieve

·         Results orientated, energetic

·         A team player who is highly organised
