Key Account Manager, FMCG. Home based covering South West. Bristol
£28,000 OTE £40,000 uncapped + Company Car + Benefits Package

This is a true Relationship Management Sales role tasked with developing existing clients within the retail convenience sector. With a reputation for training, staff development and career opportunities - This company see very few salespeople leave! The role requires an individual who understands the complexities a nurturing high spend accounts. My client requires no previous industry experience and is quite simply looking for the very best Territory Sales Account Manager!!

As a Retail Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing existing relationships across the South West, focussing in and around Bristol. Your key clients will be retail convenience stores, the likes of Londis, Spar, Budgens, Mace Nisa etc. The role does not focus on independent retailers and this role is 100% account management.

This company specialise in staying ahead of the trend in their marketplace. Most of their brands are instantly recognisable.

I would suggest this is the perfect role for an individual frustrated by the daily, unremitting drive for new business and new clients - And is now looking for a role that is more consultative and strategic account management focussed.

This candidate must have at least two years account management experience, but no industry sector specific experience is required. Experience of working from home and managing a territory would be advantageous.

You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic growing business there is huge potential for career progression. With full P&L responsibility you will be given the autonomy and support to ensure success and great job satisfaction.
