Job Title: Key Account Manager – Bathroom Products

Industry Sector: KBB, Bathroom Products, Buying Groups, Independent Buying Groups, Independent Merchants, National Merchants, Sanitaryware, Kitchen Products, Bathroom Furniture, Shower Trays, Bath Tubs, Bathroom Ceramics and Accessories


Area to be covered: Southern England (Birmingham down)

Remuneration: £45,000neg (depending on experience) + 10% bonus

Benefits: VW Passat & full comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Key Account Manager – Bathroom Products will involve:

·         Field sales position promoting a manufactured range of bathroom products such as: sanitary ceramics, shower trays, shower accessories, plumbing fittings, hand rails, shower-toilets, toilet seats and accessories

·         All of your time will be focused on developing 2-4 large buying groups such as: Fortis, CBA & NBG at senior members level

·         Map out strategic sales plans to get more business from key accounts

·         Inheriting revenue responsibility of £1.2m, with big growth plans

·         Working alongside Southern Regional Sales Director

·         Working for one of the best known brands in the industry

·         Territory with incorporate the South of England from Birmingham down to the South Coast

The ideal applicant will be an Key Account Manager – Bathroom Products with:

·         Must have construction field sales experience selling into large buying groups such as: Fortis, CBA & NBG at senior members level

·         Ideally sold bathroom associated products such as: sanitary ceramics, shower trays, shower accessories, plumbing fittings, hand rails,  hardware products, shower-toilets, toilet seats and accessories (will consider interior other interior products)

·         Must have a strong commercial background

·         Must be able to strategically plan

·         Resilient personality with genuine sales ability

·         Organised, professional and good time management
