Key Account Manager, Garden, Homeware and Gift Products. Home based.
£40,000 Basic, £55,000 OTE + Company Car + benefits package.
Major account management role with an international organisation providing homeware products such as candles into Garden Centres and National and Independent retailers. To be considered for this role you must have experience of selling into this market/sector.
This is a home-based role where the territory will be defined by the candidates living location and key accounts will be assigned.
This is a varied role which is a combination of territory management, merchandising and national account management. You will also be required to attend national trade events along with local events and shows which will also result in new business.
The role requires a dynamic, well-presented and proactive Account Manager with strong commercial acumen and flair. Your experience must include territory management, experience liaising with retailers and a passion for Homeware products would be a huge bonus!!
Above all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role. You will be a consummate professional that is well presented and possessing superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
With full P&L responsibility you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation. The ability to develop relationships at senior levels is essential and this role is ideal for an individual frustrated by a lack of career opportunities.
